This is a fun kit to have if you like to play with makeup and love the Unicorn trend. I love the finishes that the Liquid Latex and La Creme Lipstick gives on the lips. The highlighter is not my favorite, it looks kinda powdery.

Juvias Place Brand Review.

Juvias Place Brand Review: Shipping, Customer Service, Swatches & My Honest Opinion.

Hello, Hello! After many weeks, I finally decided to sit down on my day off and write about my experience with Juvias Place. 

So here it is.

Shipping.

I have placed, two orders already once last year around black Friday and the other one on June 29th. 

The first time I order from Juvias Place it was back in November, and it took about a month to get to my house but they specified on their website that orders were going to ship late because of the restocking.  The second time I ordered from them was on June 29 and my palette was in my house by the next week.

I always pay with Paypal so if I have any inconvenience with my order I can easily file a claim and get a solution.

Overall my customer experience has been amazing! And I am not sugar coating anything. I place my order and the same day I get the shipping confirmation, my packages arrive at my house within a week from the shipping day. They ship out from New Jersey.

Juvia's Place is a brand own by a Women of Color. Juvia's Place is a brand that offers richer and pigmented shadows for women of color. They are Cueltry-free some of their products are vegan, and they are based in New Jersey.

This was one of the first palettes they launched. Is a neutral palette. 

This palette is for the neutrals lovers, they are pigmented, and they perform well throughout the day. If you are scared of color, or already have a colorful palette in your collection but want to try Juvia's place shadows go for this one, is a compact palette, with great neutrals.
This is the smallest palette and it doesn't come with the names. It has 12 eyeshadows,  shimmery and 4 matte shadows.

The Nuvian 2 by Juvia's Place.

This a sister palette to the Nubian, is a neutral palette but with some pops of colors. This palette was inspired by Nefertiti.

This palette is still pretty neutral if you love to experiment here and there. This palette can help you get into colors more because it doesn't have any crazy ones. This was one of my first Juvia's palette, I created beautiful looks with it! I really recommend this one.

The Masquerade By Juvia's

This is the first COLORFUL palette we saw from Juvia's. I was interested in this palette the most because it was the most colorful one and I had nothing like this in my collection back then, now I have so many haha.

Half of the palette is colorful, half is neutral so if you are interested in only one palette from Juvia's palette I recommend this one to you because you can get more use out of it. Personally, this is my favorite and palette and the one I reach out the most for.

The Saharan By Juvia's

This palette has a really interesting color scheme and by that I mean the colors do not look like they complement each other. I look at the palette and I don't feel that inspire. I have done maybe two looks with this palette I like them and I like the palette but I feel like to use this palette I need to pull off another one.

Overall Review.

Juvia's Place palettes are great quality for what you pay. They are really pigmented, they blend well, they do have fallout, but many palettes do. Do you need all the palettes? No, why? is just going to depend on what are you looking for on a palette. All of them have the same quality, they perform really good on the lids, I use an eye primer everytime I do my eye makeup. All four palettes I have are great quality, the packaging is the same, the only thing that changes is the size of the palette and the quantity in it. 
I'm not sugarcoating anything, I really had a great experience with the Juvia's Place brand in general, I would re-purchase from them, and I totally recommend their palettes. I recommend looking for more reviews and other people opinions, it never hurts to do some research before buying anything. 

That is all I have to say, my first language is Spanish, so I think in Spanish and I have to translate into English, so I get some mix thoughts and I may not be clear or my grammar can be wrong, my apologies for that I'm still in the process of learning.

NEW URBAN DECAY NAKED HEAT PALETTE.

REVIEW & SWATCHES URBAN DECAY NAKED HEAT PALETTE.

Hello, lovely readers, I am really excited to finally be able to write this review. The first time I saw this palette on UD'S IG I got so excited and said I need this palette and is going to be mine. Nobody saw this coming from Urban Decay, it got us by surprise. I got my hands on the new NAKED HEAT palette by Urban Decay, I got it on the pre-sale June 12. The palette will be available June 30TH on Urban Decay's website, on Sephora and Ulta's website will be available on July 10TH and it will be available at Sephora and Ulta store on July 13TH.

Let's get Started with the review, shall we?

Shipping time & Packaging.

I placed my order on Monday, June 12TH at 12 am pst time (regular time Urban Decay releases their products. As soon as I hit the place order button I got an email with my confirmation. Later in the day, I got a shipping confirmation order. By Friday, June 16 my palette was in my house. I am really pleased with the shipping. My palette arrived in good condition. I would prefer ordering at the Sephora website because they have 2-day free shipping for flash members plus you get the points.

 

It came with a cardboard box, with the details about the palette. The palette is made of hard plastic with a magnet closing. The palette is really pretty, I love the letter details. It comes with a pretty good mirror and a brush.


The Inside.

As all the Naked palettes it comes with 12 eye shadows, all-new shades to Urban Decay.  They are 7 matte eyeshadows, Chaser, Sauced, Low Blow, He Devil, Cayenne, En fuego and Ashes. And with 5 shimmers/metallic, Ounce, Lumbre, Dirty Talk, Scorched, Ember.
This palette comes with more matte shades than the other Naked palettes and I appreciate that I love my matte eyeshadows.

How it performs? Quality, Blendability, Pigmentation. 

This and the Naked 1 are the only two Naked Palettes I own, both are good quality but I actually like the shimmers more on the Naked HEAT, they do not have any fallout, and they have great pigmentation. The mattes are great, they feel smooth but they do take a little more time and effort to blend. Quality as same as the Urban Decay shadows, I used it for an outdoor party, on a humid day, the shadow performed beautifully and by the time I got home they were still going strong about 7 hours with the Milani eyeshadow primer. 

My opinion.

I am going to be totally honest with you Naked palettes are cult palettes, at least all of us have one Naked palette, or we started our makeup collection with one, I started with the Naked 1 that palette is my baby, I love it, but I do prefer other eyeshadow palettes that have better color payoff, and more mix of color to offer. 

Naked Palettes are really narrow when it comes to shade selection and what I mean by this is, the Naked 1 is mostly warm tone shadows, the Naked 2 cool tone shadows, the Naked 3 pinky mauve, shadows, the Smoky palette is mostly as the name says smoky shades, and now the Naked Heat is warm with burnt oranges and sienna tones. Do I recommend this palette? Absolutely, the quality is great, I love the shades and I can see myself reaching for this palette often. Do you need it? Not necessary, why? well, it depends on your preferences and how comfortable you are with warm shades. If you are a beginner I would recommend another palette that comes with a better color range so you can play with different color combinations.
I really like this palette is becoming one of my favorites.

My Experience

I am going to be totally honest here, I have ordered 3 times for Jeffree Star Cosmetics, I do not remember If I already talked about the time USPS lost my package, well they darn did, It was a mess, and nobody wanted to do do something, well I lost $50.00 in lipsticks, YES! your read right $50!! I was so mad! Well, It did not last for long tho! I ordered more on last Black Friday, I bought the Holiday Collection, I got four of the seven, everything got home perfect, this time USPS did not loose my package, I was happy! My experience with the bundle was the most satisfactory of all, I placed my order Saturday, April 8 and my package was in my mailbox Wednesday, April 12. Everything came so well, I was so happy!I think with indie brands customer service is always a hit or a miss, same with shipping, so just pray for everything to come home safe!

What comes inside the bundle?

The bundle comes with two Velour Liquid Lipsticks and one Skin Frost.

They all have that holographic monogram.

*ECLIPSE SKIN FROST*

This is my first highlighter from Jeffree Star, I have only used it one time, yikes! I do not want to use it all up and destroy the design. My thoughts, I like it, I gotta say is different from all of my others highlighters, it is soft but kinda chunky, and it has some glitter. I like it, I love glittery highlighters, to be honest, but if you think that is a problem you should consider that before buying it. It applies wonderful to the skin but for some reason, I couldn't get a good swatch.

*VELOUR LIQUID LIPSTICK DADDY & I'M SHOOK"

I'M SHOOK is a pinkish reddish color. The formula is good, and it last a long time, I wore it for about 4 hours before eating, after I ate the color was still there but in some parts of my lips you can see it fading, they are kinda kiss proof but be careful tho. Hahaha cochinas! Cochinas means like dirty.

DADDY is my favorite it looked really cool toned for my personal preference but OH MY! I got compliments a lot when I wear this color, haven't tried if this one is kissproof lol!

I wore this one with a colorful look for Easter's day and gotta say it lasted pretty darn good.

Honestly No!, you can have other similar colors around. I recommend it if you are a Fan or either Manny or Jeffree. I see it more as a collector's item.
