Welcome back,
I know it has been a while since I wrote a post. Rona you guys. COVID-19 changed my life in a timespan of a month. And I know I am not the only one.
Honestly, I had very little motivation to do stuff, some days are good and I deep clean my whole house, other days I just want to curl up in bed and cry all day, other days I eat cold pizza for breakfast.
In times with uncertainty is all we have, I have learned to live ONE DAY AT A TIME. And acknowledge how I feel, it is valid to be scared, sad, anxious.
I didn't want to post this because I felt like most of us the last thing we think about is painting our nails. I paint my nails to be present because painting my nails is an activity that requires my full attention if I don't want to mess it up.
All we have left is to be present and try our best to stay grounded.
