Hello, I am bringing it old school today, with the Sweater Weather Tag. Remember when this tag came around back in 2014? Haha.

I am a fall baby, I was born in October. Autumn is my favorite season not only because, of the weather, but because of the festivities, and the color of the leaves.

1. Favorite candle scent?

I have a white girl, trapped in my Mexican body. I LOVE Bath & Body Works candles. My favorite one is Pumpkin Pecan Waffles.

2. Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate?

MMM... Hard question, I love me some PSL, but I love my warm chamomile tea and my chocolate Abuelita with bolillo. ALL OF THEM! I can't decide!

3. What's the best fall memory you have?

I have a few...

I am Mexican if you didn't know that already. We celebrate "Dia de Muertos" or "Day of the Dead" I always liked the meaning behind this  tradition. I remember since I was little helping my mom putting up la ofrenda or altar, to commemorate our loved ones that passed away. We would put a picture of them and their favorite food to eat, with candles to light their pathway, and a salt cross to keep away the bad spirits. But I also grew up here in the USA, and I remember putting up a costume, to go out and trick or treat with my cousins. I grew up celebrating both cultures and their traditions. I love having the best of both worlds! I also love going to pumpkin patches with my nieces and nephews! 

4. Which makeup trend, do you prefer: dark lips or winged liner?

DARK LIPS DUH!

5. Best Fragrance for fall?

Pumpkin Cupcake from Bath and Body Works. And Candy Apple also from Bath and Body Works.

Everything! But I love the corn pudding my cousin Haydee makes every year! It's my favorite!

7. What is autumn weather where you live? 

I live in Houston, we have some crazy weather here! It rains, it gets cold, it gets humid. But we do get orange and golden leaves.

FAVORITE FALL NAIL POLISH PICKS 2018

Hey! I am back! I feel like I have to say that every time I write a new post because I don't post that often. Well, today I am going to share with you my favorite nail polishes for fall. Let's begin!

  

When I think of fall I think of, leaves turning a bright and golden brown color, bright orange pumpkins, subtle blues, and berry colors.

1. KL polish in "Caramello"

Caramello is as the name says a caramel color, it's the perfect "nude" color for fall. It's a mix between a mustard and pumpkin color. I love this color soo much!

2. O.P.I  in " Yank My Doodle" & " It's a Piazza Cake"

Yank My Doodle is a more toned down orange, If you want to wear orange but you don't want it to be too bright this one is perfect.
It's a Piazza Cake is a more bright orange, like a pumpkin color. It reminds me of pumpkin pie.

3. ORLY in "Classic Contours"

This is the perfect nude berry color. If you only like to wear nudes this one is the best for you.

4. O.P.I in " In The Cable Car-pool Lane" buy here.

This is my favorite berry color, because of its opacity and how quickly it dries. Some berry colors can be tricky because they are so liquid that they take several coats. 

5. KL Polish in " Cozy In There"

Perfect blue! I love this color! You need it!!

Hello! 
I'm still alive! I had big plans for the blog during all the month of July but "life happened" and then August flew by. And now I'm back in college. For a few months now, I've been trying to dedicate once a month a post to my fellows latinxs chingonxs (I included the "x" so it could be inclusive to all my latin women and men). This is supposed to be a dupe for the TARTE Shape Tape concealer. It is a great concealer. It holds up pretty well in humid weather. I barely wear liquid foundation during summer, I go for a more subtle look and that's why I chose this concealer. Its affordable and good quality. $9 Buy here
